Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Preorder items will ship on or shortly after their official release date.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@elementalevolutions.com within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • For lost or stolen shipments: We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • For damaged shipments: Please follow the instructions located in the Damaged or Incorrect items section at the top of our Return Policy 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will incur additional reshipping fees.

Preorder Shipments

  • If your order contains preorder items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
  • To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
